李斌律师，1971年出生，党员，南京大学法学士，中国政法大学民商法专业研究生，具有一级建造师资质和证券业从业人员资格，北京市盈科（南京）律师事务所合伙人，南京市司法局党员志愿者，多次荣获南京市"优秀律师"称号。
